Family Accommodation

Outside of the main college building, our accommodation includes flats and houses, twenty in total: seven 1-bedroom, seven 2-bedroom, five 3-bedroom, and one 4/5 bedroom. We offer accommodation in College for our Ordinands and their immediate families (for married-ordinand applicants).

• 2-bedroom flat: £1359.98  – £1494.39 pcm

• 3-bedroom flat/house: £1449.02 – £1780.80 pcm

• 4/5-bedroom flat: £2477.22 pcm

Tenancies typically run for the academic year.

Monthly rental prices include water and central heating but do not include electricity which is charged separately. Tenants are also responsible for any contractual or legal obligations such as Council Tax or TV Licencing that may apply to themselves or their families.
